I really like the combination that the title brings to this shot. The photo stands really well on its own as well. The focus is right on your eyes, where it should be. The framing is really good as well, with the subject being placed in the center of frame against a plain background works wonderfully to focus attention. I especially love the expression as well, due to the combination with the title it just gives the whole image a "Dont mess with me or you might end up like the last guy" feeling.

As far as exposure and contrast go, the image seems a bit flat, id say it could go for a bit more exposure or increased contrast and it would be technically "perfect". Although some people like their exposures a bit darker or lighter depending on opinion.

Im not sure about the effect you used either (im assuming you added it in post-processing) I would have liked to see it in B&W to see how it looked, as personally I think it might have looked better that way, although again this is just opinion.

Overall a really great image, technically and creatively

Yeah I think it would be better in black and white. THe color just seems at little odd considering the mood! Other than that it is nice, and has a certian feleling coming from the facial expression.
